We want you to love your Basalt bracelet. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

• Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of our bracelets, all sales are considered final.
  
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  
• If approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued at our discretion.
  

Bracelet Care

• Basalt bracelets are handcrafted using durable stretch cord and natural gemstones.
  
• Stretch bracelets should not be excessively pulled, twisted, or overstretched.
  
• Natural variations in stone color, pattern, and texture are expected and are not considered defects.
  

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
