Who We Are
Basalt designs and sells handcrafted jewelry — beaded bracelets, stacking sets, and related accessories — made from natural stone, wood, and metal components.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us. By checking out, you confirm this is the case.

Products & Descriptions
We do our best to accurately represent color, size, and material in every listing, but screen displays vary and natural materials are never perfectly uniform. Stone veining, wood grain, and bead tone will differ slightly piece to piece — this is a feature of natural materials, not a flaw. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, description, or price at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Promotions
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated at checkout. Promotional codes and sales are valid for the stated time period only and cannot be combined unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed as a result of pricing errors.

Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues — even after confirmation has been sent.

Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout via the payment methods offered on the site. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping and delivery windows are provided at checkout and during fulfillment but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once an order is handed to the shipping carrier.

International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their country. These are not included in our listed prices or shipping charges.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the window stated in our Returns Policy, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Engraved, personalized, or marked "final sale" items are not eligible for return. Orders may be canceled or modified only before they have shipped; please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property, transmit harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
